Relation of dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate (DHEAS) concentration and adrenal tumors (AT) has never been investigated systematically. After promising Terzolo group (1995, 1996, 2000) investigations, there was made a recommendation in the last clinical guidelines for adrenal incidentaloma (2016) to assess concentration of DHEAS in special clinical situations.
